iPhone 5 Release date news learned recently by a report from iLounge that the iPhone 5 will be receiving some significant upgrades but that some of the design features we’ve been hearing about are just flat out untrue. Before we go any further iLounge has a list of trusted sources that usually deliver quality information, with that said nothing is certain but these aren’t some fly by night rumors to build more hype surrounding the iPhone 5 Release Date.Let’s start with the design. Recent reports are stating that the design we see come iPhone 5 Release datewill be similar to that of previous iPhones. Many rumors have recently been surfacing of a tear dropped shape to the design as well as a possible bending frame for gaming purposes. During Steve jobs time at Apple while designing the iPhone 5, the design was said to be the same as previous iPhones however there was a 4 inch screen display. What we should see on the iPhone 5 release date is possibly a slightly bigger iPhone in order to replace the previous screen with a larger one.
As far as the actual iPhone 5 release date itself iLounge is stating Summer 2012 is probably when we will see it or at least hear an official announcement. With the iPhone 5 still being engineered and in the designing phase it could be longer but it seems Apple should try and target a summer release once the 4S sales begin to settle
